- Leading & Optimising: Oversee and enhance our Salesforce and NetSuite platforms to align with business goals and drive operational success.
- Collaborating & Innovating: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions and platform improvements.
- Integrating & Managing: Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce, NetSuite, and other systems, maintaining data consistency and integrity.
- Strategising & Implementing: Develop and execute a comprehensive platform strategy, managing projects including upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.
- Monitoring & Improving: Track platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to improve functionality and user experience.
- Guiding & Mentoring: Provide technical leadership, best practices guidance, and support to development teams while fostering a culture of continuous learning.
What are we looking for?
- Technical Expertise: Significant hands-on experience with Salesforce, and strong knowledge of NetSuite and integration technologies.
- Education: A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Skills & Experience: Proficiency in Salesforce administration, customization, and integration, with experience in NetSuite. Knowledge of Apex coding, Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Certifications: Salesforce and NetSuite certifications are desirable.
- Personal Attributes: Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills. A proactive, self-motivated individual who enjoys mentoring and has a positive mindset.
