We’re hiring on behalf of a well-established metal fabrication company in Staveley, seeking a skilled Plater to join their growing team. If you take pride in precision and working independently, this could be the perfect fit.The Role
This is a hands-on role ideal for an experienced professional who can take a project from drawing to completion without reliance on jigs.Key Responsibilities

• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Marking out and setting out from scratch
• Fabricating components without jigs
• Working independently to deliver high-quality finished products

Required Experience & Skills

• A Level 3 Welding and Fabrication qualification or a completed Plating Apprenticeship
• Strong ability to work from engineering drawings
• Confident marking out and fabricating without jigs
• Reliable, self-motivated, and quality-driven
