Your role will be working within our Responsive Repairs TeamAlthough this role is advertised in a specific location, you will also be working in surrounding areas.The working hours are 40 per week across Monday to Friday. You will also be a part of the emergency call out rota.For more information, please download our job profile available on our website.More about youYou will have a general building background with particularly emphasis on Plastering.

• A driving licence is essential
• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in plastering
• Working knowledge of other maintenance trade skills such as plumbing, tiling, windows, doors.
• Good understanding of Health and Safety legislation
• As part of our employment checks, this role will require you to complete a satisfactory Basic DBS check
