Job description
Staffmax is helping our client hire reliable Order Pickers for a 5-month contract. In this role, you’ll be responsible for picking and preparing orders for shipment in a busy distribution warehouse.Contract Length: 5 Months
Location: Mississauga, ONKey Responsibilities:· Accurately pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners· Label and prepare shipments for delivery· Restock shelves and maintain inventory accuracy· Operate pallet jacks or electric riders (if certified)· Perform visual quality checks and ensure correct products are shipped· Maintain a clean and organized work environment· Meet daily pick targets and follow safety standardsRequirements:· 6+ months of experience in a warehouse or order picking role· Ability to lift 30-50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods· Strong attention to detail and ability to work at a fast pace· Basic computer/scanner proficiency· CSA-approved safety footwear requiredThis is a solid opportunity to work in a busy and friendly team environment.
