Pharmacist – Summerside, PEI – HealthcareAs a community pharmacist, you play a crucial role in optimizing medication therapy and enhancing patient outcomes. Your responsibilities will include medication dispensing, patient counseling, medication therapy management, promoting health education initiatives, inventory management amongst other day to day operations within a community setting.Qualifications
