You possess strong sales skills and approach complex problems with curiosity and a focus on the client experience. What You Bring: 3 – 5 years of experience in identifying and converting a sales pipeline, delivering exceptional client experiences. Relevant experience in the retail banking industry or a similar field. Completion of CSI Personal Financial Services Advice (PFSA). A comprehensive understanding of a diverse range of lending products, including but not limited to: residential mortgages, various types of loans (i.e. personal), credit card offerings and lending solutions. This experience encompasses familiarity with product features, eligibility criteria, and the lifecycle of these financial instruments. Post-secondary degree/diploma in finance, business administration, or relevant work experience. A resume only goes so far in expressing who you are and the unique perspectives you bring.
