PA/Business Assistant – Real Estate / Asset Management | Salary: £48,000 – £55,000A brilliant opportunity has arisen for an experienced PA/Business Assistant to join a growing Real Estate/Asset Management business. With responsibility for supporting the team in the day-to-day management of business administration processes, the successful candidate will undertake a diverse and busy role, using their excellent organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks and requests.Responsibilities:

• Providing high-level administrative support to the Senior Management team, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard.
• Proactive diary management, coordinating weekly team calls, taking minutes, and ensuring all relevant documents are distributed.
• Effective coordination and booking of all travel itineraries and accommodation arrangements for the team.
• Management of expenses for Senior Management, including collating invoices and consolidating expense claims.
• Managing team administrative requirements such as monitoring the telephone answering service, updating the website, handling business cards, liaising with the IT provider, etc.
• Supporting the team in editing PowerPoint presentations and investor packs.
• Performing ad-hoc analysis and administrative tasks as required.

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Intermediate to advanced level in MS Office packages – Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to display complete professionalism and discretion at all times regarding work-related matters.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills combined with good interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multi-task in a busy environment and the initiative to anticipate the requirements of the team.
• A ‘can-do’ attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent team player.
• Core hours: 9 am – 5:30 pm.
