Work. .Role overviewReporting to the Business Support Lead and working within the central support team, your service-orientated approach to providing proactive and flexible support will play a vital role in our growing, global business. You will manage the diaries of several of our directors, as well as assisting the People team with scheduling interviews and onboarding sessions. This is an exciting opportunity to build on strong scheduling skills and develop your people-orientated approach.What you’ll do for us:

  • Deliver outstanding diary and scheduling support, acting as gatekeeper, enabler and champion;
  • Tackle complex arrangements, including travel booking and trip logistics across time zones;
  • Assist our Talent Lead with scheduling candidate interviews and coordinate the hiring panel’s availability;
  • Work closely with the Business Director to schedule induction sessions for new starters, as part of our onboarding programme;
  • Handle requests and queries efficiently and effectively, always closing the communication loop;
  • Liaise with key stakeholders across the business, building strong, service-focused relationships;
  • Provide holiday cover for diary support in other areas of the business;
  • Attend team meetings and workshops, some of which are held offsite.

RequirementsWhat we’re looking for:

  • A star PA; someone who enjoys assisting and enabling others;
  • Highly skilled communicator with a professional but warm and friendly manner;
  • A passion for delivering an exceptional experience for new starters;
  • Outstanding organisational skills to cope with context switching;
  • Attention to detail and excellent levels of accuracy;
  • Experience of supporting multiple functions and prioritising workload;
  • Proactive problem solver with a can-do attitude and strong initiative;
  • Collaborative, agile working style and a team player who enjoys a buzzy office environment;
