Now Hiring: Permanent Production Workers – No Experience in Aerospace Required!
Location: North Saanich, BC
Wage: Starting at $25/hour (Higher pay for experienced candidates)

Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsCut, shape, and form sheet metal using hand and power toolsAssemble high-precision components and sub-assembliesInspect work for quality, accuracy, and industry complianceUse measuring tools to ensure proper fit and tolerancesMaintain safe handling, storage, and inventory of materialsWork closely with engineers and team members on assembly integrationFollow all safety procedures in a fast-paced, team-driven environmentQualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (required)Technical training, certifications, or trade qualifications are an assetMust be legally eligible to work in Canada and able to pass a criminal background check2+ years of experience in manufacturing, aerospace, construction, or warehousing (preferred)Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and sheet metal fabrication equipmentAble to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specificationsStrong verbal and written communication skills in EnglishTeam-oriented with excellent interpersonal and collaboration abilitiesDetail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and precisionCommitted to maintaining a safe and compliant work environmentSummary
