As the Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll be instrumental in leading our digital advertising campaigns, driving growth and engagement across paid search, social, display, and app channels. Leading a team of three, you’ll mentor and develop Sephora’s next generation of talent, fostering growth and empowering them to reach their full potential.   • Strategic Campaign Management: Developing and managing comprehensive performance marketing strategies across paid search, paid social, display, and app advertising channels.
  • Optimization and ROI Focus: Continuously optimizing campaigns to improve ROI, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Budget Management: Allocating budgets and managing bid strategies to ensure the highest efficiency and effectiveness across all channels.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with the wider marketing team to align performance strategies with overarching objectives and with the trading team to meet demand expectations.
  • Data-Driven Performance Reporting: Presenting and interpreting campaign data and key insights to senior stakeholders, with recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Targeted Audience Utilization: Leveraging first-party audiences for optimized targeting and personalization.
  • Mentorship: Guiding and supporting junior team members to foster professional growth within the performance marketing team.

What You’ll BringWe’re looking for a data-driven strategist, who thrives on transforming complex information into clear, actionable insights. Your proven experience in performance marketing and deep understanding of digital advertising platforms will be essential to driving successful campaigns. You’ll be a key partner to both the marketing and trading teams, using your analytical skills and strategic thinking to elevate Sephora’s position in the digital landscape.Our Ideal Candidate Will Also Possess:

  • Extensive experience in managing performance marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, and app advertising.
  • A proven track record of successful campaign management and optimization.
  • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms and tools – experience with SA360 preferred but not essential.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Certification in digital advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) is a plus.
