Job title: Performance & Forecasting ManagerOffice location with Hybrid working: Home Based with office travel where neededAbout the role and the Team:As Performance & Forecasting Manager, you are accountable for the operational forecasting and performance of a geographical patch in the customer journey department. You will drive the right insight, action plan and outputs to deliver against our business strategy and goals.You will be responsible for the delivery plans, forecasts, KPI measures your patches, as well as escalation and ownership of risks, issues and support asks within your patch. This role will require you to drive collaboration and cohesion across peer patches and stakeholder groups, to support delivery of company targets and ongoing ambitions of a sustainable 5* customer experience at a high-quality and low-cost customer journey. You will need to be comfortable to have challenging conversions about performance and be able to hold peers and stakeholders to account for actionsCustomer journey targets include a variety of clients and customers, that involve different challenges; you will lead on driving performance, throughput and efficiency to ways of working as well as excellent customer and stakeholder experience.What will you be doing?

  • Tracking performance monthly for patch area.
  • Input into the forecasting of materials, tooling, resource and delivery outputs at a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual level.
  • Using data insights and trends to drive and deliver against actions plans to improve performance to KPIs.
  • Driving stakeholder collaboration, engagement and support.
  • Embedding change into the delivery teams.
  • Delivering an excellent customer, client and stakeholder experience.

What we are looking for:

  • Desirable – Degree educated/extensive experience leading and managing operational teams. Able to speak, read and write in English, Microsoft applications, Knowledgeable of telecommunication network deployments.
  • Experienced leader in delivering complex and high-volume programmes of work in an infrastructure environment.
  • Experienced managing senior stakeholders and communicating at all levels of an organisation.
  • Track record of driving excellence in team performance and delivery of targets.
  • Experience in creating, embedding and iterating operating models and/or complex change programmes.
  • Collaboration and delivery of x-functional targets
  • Results and solutions driven
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Positive, proactive, and pragmatic, with an innovative approach to problem resolution
  • Motivator, and champion of operating a positive, cohesive, and collaborative working environment
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and able to prioritise self tasks in a logical and efficient manner, to maximise success
