You contribute to the efficiency budget by developing business models and identifying data-driven performance improvements. You monitor and report performance to senior stakeholders, collaborating with operational and finance teams, providing detailed, visual reports. You ensure strong governance and data quality, supporting reliable reporting and sustainable business improvements. You identify poor performance areas and recommend solutions using root-cause analysis. Additionally, you contribute to KPI improvement plans, drive a culture of innovation and accountability, and prioritise cost-conscious, efficient work to enhance customer experience.More About youYou have strong proficiency in digital analytics and practical experience using various data tools to transform and analyse data sets. You are skilled at discovering and sharing analytical insights with stakeholders of different expertise and seniority levels. You excel in gathering technical requirements and collaborating with data analysts to develop effective technical solutions.
