Have a global impact on the world of payments.Reporting to a Global People Partner within the wider People Partnering function, this role will act as a strategic business partner to senior leaders and people managers within two or more defined functions within the organisation. You will play a vital role in aligning human resources strategies and initiatives with the overall business objectives of the organisation . You will provide guidance and support on all aspects of human resources management, including organisational design and talent management.What Paysafe stands for:

The office is located in Gresham Street next to St Paul’s cathedral with easy access and transport links via St Paul’s, Bank, Cannon Street, City Thameslink, Liverpool Street, Farringdon, Mansion House.The impact you will have:By playing a key part of the departmental leadership team(s) and developing a deep understanding of the functions’ strategies and challenges, you will have a vital role in providing a sounding board and proactively contribute to the success of the function. You will be a trusted advisor, coaching and guiding all people managers, driving accountability and a high-performance culture across the organisation.
