Utilising technology, we extend the boundaries of traditional therapy, accelerating progress and promoting long-term wellness beyond treatment.💼 About the RoleThe People Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our team is supported and equipped to continuously assess and improve HR processes to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. Reporting to the COO, collaborate closely with our employees to cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters creativity, collaboration, and well-being.🔥 Key ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities will include operating the employee lifecycle, managing our HRIS system, talent acquisition, supporting employee relations, training and development, and other HR functions critical to the success of HelloSelf. Maintaining excitement while shaping our organisational culture and contributing to the growth and development of our team members
- Responsible for the onboarding experience, documentation, DBS and Right to work checks, new hire induction, and general assistance through the entire lifecycle, including off-boarding and exit interviews.
- Administer employee benefit programs, including private health insurance, pensions, development funds, cycle schemes, and DSE assessments, while building relationships with third-party benefit providers.
- Manage and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy with HRIS
- Conduct HR reporting and monitor metrics using survey tool to collect employee satisfaction insights using Officevibe.
- Manage workplace wellbeing initiatives and strategy projects.
- Manage monthly payroll with Finance, including adding new joiners, handling leavers, promotions, parental leave, pension contributions, and other changes using payroll tool.
- Support recruitment, selection, and interviewing processes for HQ roles using out ATS Screenloop.
- Monitor, review, and update all HR policies to ensure compliance with current legislations.
- Manage alongside the COO ER cases, ensuring fairness and consistency.
- Manage social team Vibetribe in cultivating a vibrant company culture, fostering support for office events, and organising monthly activities that actively engage employees while promoting team building.
- Responsible for establishing and preserving strong relationships with colleagues and managers.
