So, you can take on whatever tangles life throws your way.The RoleAs Tangle Teezers Senior Manager, Human Resources you will be a highly visible and influential leader, both internally and externally, championing a culture of positive employee engagement.This role works closely with the CEO in setting the cultural tone of the organisation providing expert leadership to the People function, embedding best-in-class people practices that enhance employee experience, nurture our creative talent, and future-proof our organisation for continued success.Since 2024 Tangle Teezer now has the backing of BIC and our team have been working through a period of change, creating synergies with the BIC organization wherever possible. In this role you’ll be heavily involved in continuing to support this change programme with our people and the organisation. Partnering with our colleagues at BIC, you’ll work through the integration plan and be adept at landing these changes with Tangle Teezer employees in the smoothest possible way whilst ensuring that the day to day running of the business isn’t impacted.
