• 3-4 days a week, rotating Saturdays (Sundays off!)
• 10-12 hour shifts (no late night or overnight shifts)
• Shift times between 4:00am-7:00pm
• NO prior medical or dialysis experience required- we will train you!
• Responsibilities: provide care for patients on dialysis treatment in clinic setting. *Please note you will be expected to work around blood and with needles- included in hands-on training*
• Work with alongside a team of dedicated healthcare professionals and deliver quality care and build lasting relationships with patients
• 12 weeks of full-time paid training + nationally recognized dialysis technician certification/licensure provided at no cost to teammates

What does a successful PCT look like?

• High School Diploma (HSD) or GED required
• Passionate about patient care and working hands-on in the healthcare field
• Team player, strong multi-tasking skills, ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Flexibility and availability to work early mornings, evenings, and Saturdays
• Medical experience a plus but NOT required. i.e. hemodialysis certification (CCHT), nursing assistant (CNA), medical assistant (MA/CMA), phlebotomist (CPT)
• Eager to learn and grow!
