Train stations & bus stops, gyms, restaurants and more.Join us as a Product Manager for Cash Management Digital and Data at Barclays looking at the end-to-end design, development, and management of cash Management products, ensuring they generate sustainable returns and support clients in achieving their business ambitions. You will focus on creating and evolving products that simplify banking and promote business growth while maintaining a strong emphasis on client engagement and market responsiveness. The Product Manager is fully accountable for the product lifecycle, including risk management, profitability, service quality, and performance. Key responsibilities include defining strategy, conducting product gap analyses, and driving product improvements to support sales targets and client retention. This role requires a client-focused, innovative approach to product design, strong collaboration with Sales and Coverage teams, and a deep understanding of the financial, risk, and operational aspects of the products. Additionally, you will ensure robust client journeys, overseeing regulatory compliance, and driving commercial performance to sustain long-term revenue growth. This role can be based from Frankfurt or Paris. You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for this role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.Purpose of the role
