At HiBob, we pride ourselves on creating exceptional work experiences for our employees, who we affectionately call “Bobbers.”About you:As an Implementation Manager, you will lead projects from start to finish, aligning client needs with our platform’s capabilities to drive maximum value. You’ll work directly with clients to ensure deliverables meet scope and timeline requirements. Additionally, you’ll maintain detailed project plans to communicate status both internally and externally, and escalate to management when deadlines are at risk. Your role will also involve assessing the best ways to configure the platform and providing guidance on best practices for successful deployment.This is a 9 month FTC opportunity
- Strong end-to-end UK payroll experience, including handling a wide range of payroll topics from tax calculations to statutory payments and pension queries
- Previous experience in a payroll onboarding role, where you have carried out all key tasks associated with onboarding customers onto a new platform, ensuring they meet all deadlines for their go-live date.
- Demonstrable experience managing multiple customers simultaneously and handling competing deadlines and priorities
- Experience guiding customers through system integrations and providing in-depth training sessions.
- Ability to spot anomalies in payroll processes and enjoy working with numbers, with experience in complex reconciliations.
- Good understanding of SaaS and the technology industry
- Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think outside of the box
- Ability to interact with product specialists and development teams around delivery/roadmap
- A can-do approach with the ability to thrive under pressure
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

- Customer Onboarding: Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers as they migrate from their previous payroll systems to the HiBob UK payroll system, ensuring a hassle-free and smooth transition
- Data Validation: Validate and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance with UK payroll regulations.
- System and Payroll Setup: Manage the end-to-end setup process, including data extraction from previous payroll systems, building and configuring customer accounts, performing accurate data migration, and customising the payroll setup to meet the specific needs of each client.
- Training and Support: Conduct comprehensive training sessions to educate clients on HiBob’s UK payroll product features and functionalities, assisting with the integration of HMRC, and HRIS systems.
- Payroll Processing: Oversee the first live payroll run to ensure accuracy, address any discrepancies, and refine processes for ongoing payroll operations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Engineers, Product, and Support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and improve internal workflows.
