We’re looking for a Partnerships Officer to join our brand new Contracts & Strategy team to help us make it happen.As our Partnerships Officer, you’ll be at the forefront of this exciting transformation. You’ll have the chance to:

• Identify and partner with repair service providers and suppliers, seeking innovative approaches.
• Negotiate agreements to ensure the best outcomes for our customers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Analyse data to drive informed decisions and continuous improvement.
• Engage residents in the process, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met.

If not already qualified, there may be an expectation to study towards a professional qualification.Essential

• Skilled in data analysis (use of Tableau and PowerBI useful)
• Experience in contract management, project management or similar role
• Proven experience in partner relationship management; preferably in a repairs environment

Desirable:

• Experience in formulating specifications, managing schedules of works and technical diagnoses
