Partner Support Specialist (£15/hour)What to Know:
- Compensation of £15/hour

Responsibilities:
- Identifying affiliates who violate the company terms and conditions
- Works closely with internal product and technical team to flag recurring issues
- Supports a wide range of third-party partners including travel agents, affiliates, and large-scale API partners
- Follow established processes using variety of tools
- Collaborate with other teams, such as Trust & Safety, Traffic, and Brand
Qualifications:
- 2 year of professional experience in customer support operations
- Must be strong with Microsoft Excel (good with formulas and lookups)
- Working knowledge of Google Workplace applications
- Prior Salesforce experience is preferred
- Ability to travel to London office for a hybrid schedule
