This Part Time TA Manager role is a unique opportunity to lead talent acquisition activities for a leading online retailer. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic approach to hiring, with a focus on candidate experience and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.We are seeking an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic client on a Part Time basis, 3x days per week. The successful candidate will play a key role in attracting, recruiting, and retaining top talent to help drive the growth and success of their business. You will be responsible for overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating onboarding. This role requires a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike.Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, with strong knowledge of recruitment tools, techniques, and best practices. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers. You must have strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software is essential, as is a proactive approach with a solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit.Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in the UK would be advantageousBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred) and familiarity with diversity and inclusion initiatives in the recruitment process is imperative.You must be able to commit to 3x days per weekOur client is a well-established online retailer with a sizeable workforce.
