Part-Time Recruitment Assistant
Location: East Molesey
Hours: Flexible/ TBCAre you looking for a flexible, part-time role with the potential to go full-time? We’re on the hunt for a Recruitment Assistant to join our growing team based in East Molesey.A bit about the role:

• Assisting with candidate searches, CV screening, and interview coordination.
• Helping with general admin tasks related to recruitment.
• Communicating with candidates and keeping track of progress.
• Learning the ropes of the recruitment process and getting involved where needed.

What we’re looking for:

• Someone eager to learn and grow with us as we expand.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills – you’ll be dealing with both candidates and internal teams.
• Previous experience in recruitment or admin is a bonus, but we’re happy to train the right person.

This part-time role comes with flexible hours, perfect if you need a bit of balance. But we’re growing fast, so the position will likely become full-time quite soon.
