Job DescriptionJob ID#:4467Job Category:AdministrativeWe are currently seeking an Office Assistant/Dispatcher to join our client’s team and play a key role in supporting our operations through administrative and dispatch coordination. This is a Part Time Temporary role located near East Greenbush, NY.Responsibilities of the Office Assistant/Dispatcher will include:
- Perform clerical and administrative functions to support company success.
- Draft correspondence and other documents for customers and vendors.
- Answer inbound telephone calls and coordinate effectively with the field team.
- Conduct data entry using Microsoft Access.
- Take on additional office tasks as assigned.
Job RequirementsQualifications of the Office Assistant/Dispatcher:
- An outgoing personality with a strong phone presence and excellent multitasking skills to coordinate seamlessly with the field team.
- Previous office or administrative experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Access and other standard office tools is a plus.
