Are you an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist looking for a flexible, temporary role? An insurance administrative service company, is seeking a skilled AP Specialist to join their team for a 2-3 month assignment. This part-time opportunity is perfect for professionals with 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable and a strong understanding of QuickBooks Online and Bill.com.
Accounts Payable Specialist Responsibilities:
- Process, review, and verify invoices and check requests
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions
- Maintain vendor records and ensure timely payments
- Address vendor inquiries and resolve billing discrepancies
- Perform general office duties as assigned
Accounts Payable Specialist Requirements:
- 3-5 years of Accounts Payable experience
- Strong understanding of QuickBooks Online and Bill.com
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Pay: $28-$30/hour
Schedule: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (some flexibility available)?
Location: Seattle, WA (Eastlake)
