We offer competitive benefits and a flexible work culture.Job Overview:We are looking for a detail-oriented Part-Time Accounts Payable Assistant to support the Finance Team. This role involves managing invoice processing, payment runs, staff expenses, account reconciliations, and general accounts payable duties.Key Responsibilities:

• Process supplier invoices and assist with payment runs.
• Reconcile accounts payable and supplier statements.
• Process staff expenses
• Resolve supplier queries and discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Support the Finance Team with ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements:

• Previous accounts payable experience preferred, but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work 3 full days or 4 part days per week with flexibility.
