We offer competitive benefits and a flexible work culture.Job Overview:We are looking for a detail-oriented Part-Time Accounts Payable Assistant to support the Finance Team. This role involves managing invoice processing, payment runs, staff expenses, account reconciliations, and general accounts payable duties.Key Responsibilities:
- Process supplier invoices and assist with payment runs.
- Reconcile accounts payable and supplier statements.
- Process staff expenses
- Resolve supplier queries and discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Support the Finance Team with ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements:
- Previous accounts payable experience preferred, but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work 3 full days or 4 part days per week with flexibility.
