Park Ranger

jobshiringnearme.org

Cross Ranch State Park is a scenic destination in the heart of North Dakota, located about 40 minutes from Bismarck / Mandan and just 15 minutes from Washburn. Nestled along the banks of the Missouri River, the park offers year-round opportunities for outdoor adventure and relaxation.

Nature lovers can spend summer days hiking scenic trails in search of wildlife, paddling or floating down the river, or unwinding beneath the shade of a towering 200-year-old cottonwood tree. In winter, the park transforms into a snowy retreat with nearly 10 miles of groomed cross-country ski trails, snow filled family activities, and cozy lodging options where visitors can warm up after a day outdoors. Guests can even experience rustic charm with wood-fired stove cooking and peaceful winter evenings surrounded by nature.

Whether you are seeking adventure, wildlife, or a quiet escape, Cross Ranch State Park offers an authentic North Dakota outdoor experience in every season.
