As a Park Maintenance Worker, you will conduct a wide-range of indoor and outdoor maintenance and construction activities throughout Point State Park. Assignments will entail utilizing tools of carpentry, masonry, plumbing, painting, and other building trades to complete repairs to structures and facilities and replace or install varied equipment and amenities. Within this role, it is essential to safely operate park vehicles and equipment, in addition to assisting with the overall care, maintenance, and upkeep of the equipment used. You will also tend to grounds maintenance to include mowing, weeding, planting, trash removal, debris management, and maintaining proper signage throughout the park. Courteous communication skills may be employed to assist park visitors by providing general information in a friendly and helpful manner.
