Experience managing a group of Unionized employees is an asset. * Interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively coach, teach, and manage people.
Must have work experience showing leadership capabilities to move the organization. * Planning, organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.

The successful candidate will work closely with leadership throughout the mill to drive improvements on the Paper Machine and to create real long-term value for the mill and for Kruger Products.Responsibilities
