Overview:Packing Operatives (Multiple roles available)Humdinger, Sherburn in Elmet, LS25We are looking for committed team players who thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Position type: Full-time, PermanentHours: 40Pay range: £11.49 /hour (£23,899.20 equivalent)Breaks: x1 30-minute breaks and x2 15-minute breakShift Pattern: 12-hour days and nights. No weekend work, barring one Sunday 6pm start every 3 weeks! You will work the below pattern:Week 1: Sunday to Tuesday 18:00 – 06:00 (3 nights followed by 5 days off)Week 2: Monday to Tuesday 06:00 – 18:00 & Wednesday to Thursday 18:00 – 06:00 (2 days followed by 2 nights followed by 5 days off)Week 3: Wednesday to Friday 06:00 – 18:00 (followed by 1 day off, then start again on week 1)Interviews will be held on Wednesday afternoons at 2pm. Responsibilities:

• Support Machine Operators by packing bagged products into boxes.
• Weigh products to ensure accuracy.
• Complete essential documents such as daily packing sheets.
• Perform manual handling tasks including picking, packing, and other production duties.
• Work independently while receiving support from your Team Leader.

Qualifications:We’re in search of committed team players. While prior experience in a food or similar factory environment is beneficial, we encourage discussions with all candidates eager to be part of the Humdinger team.Qualities we value:
