The role requires a proactive individual with a ‘can do’ attitude who is committed to maintaining high standards in production whilst working as part of a dynamic team.What will be your key deliverables?Manually pack products within specifications (includes bending, lifting, stretching)Visually check for foreign matter / hazardsEnsure quality of biscuits being packed is within product specificationsEnsure adherence to all quality and safety standards.Work to a high standard, enabling plants to achieve planned output.Report any problems to Packing SupervisorEnsure housekeeping and hygiene standards are maintained.Support the Supervisors in the introduction and support of any improvement initiatives.Provide a co-ordinated link with all production processes on the line.Minimise Waste and re-cycle all product effectivelyBring your experienceEssentialBasic numerical and literacy knowledgeManual dexterityBasic communication skillsBasic problem recognitionPrevious knowledge of manufacturing environmentExcellent team working skillsShifts6.00am – 10.00am Monday – FridayOur PurposeBring happiness with every bite
