• Lead engineering projects for new packaging lines, modernization of existing lines, and process automation.

• Coordinate expansion and automation projects for warehouses and internal logistics systems.
• Ensure that projects comply with global quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
• Collaborate with global teams to implement new technologies and trends in packaging and warehousing.
• Manage suppliers and ensure project execution meets technical, financial, and timeline requirements.
• Develop relationships with local and global suppliers to ensure the best technologies and solutions for packaging and warehouse projects.
• Identify and develop local suppliers to support new projects and drive cost-effective and efficient solutions.
• Work closely with headquarters in France to absorb best practices and technological innovations.
• Oversee all project phases, from design to implementation, ensuring technical and operational compliance.
• Lead the technical and operational validation of projects related to packaging lines and industrial flows.

Technical Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering
• 8 – 10 years of experience in industrial project management.
• Advanced knowledge of packaging technologies, industrial automation, and warehouse expansion/automation.
• Experience in supplier management and engineering contracts.
• Experience in developing and qualifying local suppliers for engineering projects.
• Fluency in English (mandatory), with French and Spanish preferred.
• MS Project – Intermediary Level
• Knowledge in manufacturing and continuous improvement areas is a differential.
