Please apply if you want to join a young, passionate group who are really excited about where this company takes us.What does your day look like?As an Outside Sales Associate, you will drive the growth of our business by identifying and securing new customers, while nurturing relationships with existing clients. Existing and potential clients are primarily dealer stores and interior design firms. You will be responsible for prospecting potential leads, managing sales opportunities and closing deals to meet and exceed sales targets. You will represent the company at industry events, trade shows and conferences enhancing brand visibility and creating opportunities for growth. Working closely with internal teams, you will ensure seamless customer support and service delivery. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, goal-orientated and capable of building rapport with clients.Responsibilities include:

  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities through lead development
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects
  • Ensure all communications with new or existing customers are logged and tracked accurately
  • Work with dealers to find opportunities to grow your territory
  • Prepare and analyze data to build a robust sales pipeline
  • Offer professional, effective and efficient solutions for customer inquiries and concerns
  • Provide price guidance to ensure competitive offerings
  • Participate in events, trade shows and company participation in industry conferences to enhance visibility and drive interest in products and services
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospects to generate leads and schedule appointments
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients through regular communication and follow-ups
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide excellent customer service and support
  • Work with customers to maintain their racking and displays

  • Ability to establish rapport and build long-term trust with clients
  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion and closing skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Knowledge of market trends and ability to adapt strategies effectively
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Pro-active hands-on approach with willingness to jump in and work alongside the team when required
