Job DescriptionWe have an exciting opportunity to join us as an Orthodontist Therapist at Portman Smile Clinic, Chichester on a fixed term contract basis to cover maternity.Our Chichester practice was purpose built in 2019 and plays a key role in serving the local community. The team are dedicated to providing the best possible patient care and provide both NHS and private treatments.We now have an opportunity for an Orthodontic Therapist to join the team due to maternity cover.We can offer

• Part time. We can offer up to 4 days per week. If you have days available and would like to find out more please do get in touch (we may hire more than one person to fulfil the 4 days total cover required)
• Starting from September 2025 the fixed contract would be for 12 months
• Portman Smile Clinic Chichester is a modern 3 surgery practice which is fully digital
• Highly regarded within the local area with many referring practices
• A fantastic clinic to join, the practice has a loyal and stable team
• Spacious surgeries the practice also has a staff room, large Xray room and central decon
• Free parking is available and the train station is within walking distance.

• Active GDC registration as an Orthodontic Therapist
• Proven applied experience as an Orthodontic Therapist
• Right to work in the UK
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with patients of all ages, particularly children and adolescents
• Strong knowledge of orthodontic procedures and techniques
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to high-quality patient care
• Proficiency in using orthodontic equipment and materials
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Empathetic and patient-centred approach to care
• Willingness to continue learning and stay updated with advancements in orthodontic therapy
