We are on a mission to optimize the online shopping experience for our customers and are seeking a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to take our website performance to the next level.This role is perfect for someone who is data-driven, analytical, and passionate about user experience and A/B testing. As the CRO Specialist, you will play a critical role in maximizing website conversion rates, increasing average order value (AOV), and optimizing post-purchase upsells.
