This temp-to-hire Order Picker position is a great way to get your foot in the door with a shoe company that has a track record of employee retention ranging on average from five years to fifteen. This company has been in business for over 30 years distributing shoes that are known for their comfort and versatility. The role is order picking using an RF scanner at their shoe distribution warehouse. This is a casual, fast-paced work environment seeking dependable employees. You’ll stay fit and heart healthy walking 5 or more miles a day inside the warehouse.  

Pay: $21/hour, get paid every Friday!

Shift: Monday-Friday 6:30 am-3:00 pm

Order Picker Responsibilities:

• Use and operate a RF handheld scanner
• Locate and pull merchandise by matching item codes and numbers
• Consolidate and pack all stock order merchandise accurately
• Maintain accuracy and cleanliness with warehouse standards

If you are dependable, detail-oriented, and efficient, you will be successful in this role.

Order Picker Requirements:

• 6 Months experience using RF/handheld scanner
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to be on your feet for 8-10 hours a day

Location: Auburn, WA (this location is not bus accessible)
