Are you hardworking, reliable, and looking for your next challenge? We’re hiring an Order Picker to join our clients fast-paced manufacturing team in Castleford.About the Role:
As an Order Picker, you will play a key role in ensuring the timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. Your responsibilities will include:

• Picking and Packing: Accurate selection and packing of items using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) scanner.
• Computer Use: Processing orders and managing inventory using basic computer skills.
• Manual Handling: Safely lifting and moving products, some weighing up to 25kg.
• General Warehouse Duties: Contributing to a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Prior warehouse experience, including working with WMS scanners and pick/pack operations.
• Skills: Solid computer proficiency and attention to detail.
• Attributes: A strong work ethic, resilience under pressure, and a positive attitude towards challenges.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to handle heavier products up to 25kg.

Pay and Progression:

• 3 months period at £11.44ph, transitioning to an annual salary of £25,600, plus a quarterly bonus, based on performance.
