Operating Room Supervisor/Manager – Ambulatory Surgical Center
Location: Glendale, WI
Salary Range: $110,000–$149,000 per year
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM
No weekends, no nights, no holidays, no on-call

• Ten state-of-the-art operating rooms
• 575 to 625 scheduled surgeries per month
• Specializing in orthopedic and spine procedures
• Uses Meditech Expanse electronic medical record
• Staff consistently report high job satisfaction
• Owned and led by physicians
• Reports directly to the Vice President of Nursing

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the surgical suite and OR staff
• Lead and mentor a collaborative team of OR nurses and techs
• Coordinate with anesthesia and other departments to ensure smooth workflows
• Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and clinical standards
• Manage staffing, resources, and scheduling to support safe and efficient surgeries

Qualifications
Required:

• Active Registered Nurse license in Wisconsin
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• Minimum of 5 years in an operating room setting
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
• BLS certification within 1 month of hire
• ACLS certification within 12 months of hire
• Competency in orthopedic and spine surgical procedures

Preferred:

• CNOR certification
• Master’s degree in a healthcare-related field
