Job descriptionYour Mission & Key ResponsibilitiesYour mission: optimize and structure our operations to ensure smooth execution and growth.Onboarding Qualified Professionals: Enhance the onboarding process to maintain a high-quality, diverse talent pool.Optimizing Mission Connections: Support the launch of new businesses and refine our matching strategies.Implementing & Scaling Interim Processes: Ensure compliance and efficiency in managing temporary employment obligations.Monitoring & Analyzing Performance: Track supply-demand balance, conversion rates, and provide data-driven insights for improvement.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Growth, Sales, Product, and Customer Care teams to ensure operational excellence.Preferred experienceWe’d Love to Work with You if:4+ years of experience in operations, ideally in a startup/scale-up.Strong analytical mindset, data-driven approach to performance tracking.Excellent project management skills, capable of leading multiple initiatives.Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
