Our businesses provide specialist on-airport support services, including refuelling and ground handling, to the owners and operators of private, business, military and commercial aircraft.We are a global business operating from more than 400 individual locations across North America, UK, Mainland Europe and Asia.We have a diverse customer base and see the utmost benefits of a diverse workforce; therefore, we are committed to continuing to be an equal opportunities employer.What you’ll be doing:As Operations Officer you will help coordinate the smooth running of our Airport base which includes liaising with aircraft operators, travel organizers, the airport authority, third-party suppliers, air crew, passengers and relevant authorities to co-ordinate the arrival and departure of our clients’ aircraft at the airport.You will be the face of the business providing world class service to our customers, ensuring a smooth transition through our facility whilst safely delivering ground services to our customers’ aircraft.About You:

• Previous experience within aviation in a similar role

• Ability to work accurately under pressure in an operational environment

• Excellent customer service skills

• Understanding of VIP customer expectations and proven anticipation of needs

• Flexibility of start and finish times within the shift pattern

• Willingness to learn new skills, with full training provided

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Qualifies to hold a full airport ID

• IT Literate and proficiency in using Microsoft Office programmes – Word, Excel, Outlook etc

• HGV licence

• Valid and clean driving licence

• Serious about safety

• Additional languages are desirable but not essential
