What’s the role about?Events Team ExecutiveThis Is More Than a Job—It’s a LaunchpadAre you highly organised, a great communicator, and excited by the idea of bringing brands to life through live experiences?Full-Time, PermanentSalary: £25,000 per annum + annual company bonus schemeWorking: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week with some evening and weekend workLocation: Head office (RG41) with some flexibility for home working/on-site activation visits across the UKAt REL Field Marketing, we’re looking for someone with the right mindset and transferable skills to join our Experiential team as an Account Executive. You don’t need direct experience in marketing or events—what matters most is your ability to learn, adapt, and grow.This is a developmental opportunity designed to give you the skills, confidence, and experience to build a lasting career in experiential marketing, events, or client services.You will be responsible for:You’ll play a key role in supporting the end-to-end delivery of engaging, high-impact experiential events for major brands. That means you’ll:

• Help manage campaigns from initial brief to post-event wrap-up
• Attend client calls and keep projects on track with status updates and timelines
• Solve logistical puzzles like stock movements, deliveries, and staffing
• Build strong relationships with event staff, ensuring they’re fully briefed and supported
• Get hands-on with on-site visits, installations, and live activations (including occasional evenings/weekends)
• Gather feedback and help shape post-event reports and presentations
• Learn to handle project admin like purchase orders, budgeting, and supplier quotes

• Are a strong communicator who’s confident working with people at all levels

• Enjoy organising tasks and solving problems

• Are detail-focused and take pride in completing tasks well
• Have a full UK driving license
