Allegiance Staffing is seeking an Operations Director to lead and optimize manufacturing, distribution, and customer service operations for a growing client in Elizabethtown, PA. This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to influence company-wide processes, team development, and long-term success.Type of Role: Direct HireShift: 8am-5pm, Mon-FriSalary range: $80k-$110k/ yearKey Responsibilities:🔧 Operational Leadership & StrategyLead daily operations across manufacturing, warehouse, and customer service teamsDevelop and implement strategies to improve performance, accuracy, and profitabilityUse data to guide operational decisions and continuous improvementEnhance product quality and customer service delivery🤝 Cross-Department CollaborationAct as a bridge between departments, employees, and executive leadershipSupport operational needs of key departments (FSQA, Maintenance, Finance, etc.)Deliver performance reports and drive goal alignment across all teams📝 Compliance & StandardsEnsure adherence to regulatory, food safety, and industry standardsMaintain documentation and ensure legal and safety compliance company-wide⚙️ Process & Systems ManagementImprove systems and implement best practices across all locations, including DallasOversee inventory, purchasing, office, and warehouse operationsCreate and manage SOPs and operational guidelines📊 Financial OversightManage budgets, forecasting, and P&L statementsAnalyze financial data to identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities

👥 Personnel & LeadershipLead efforts in recruitment, training, and team developmentMentor and guide staff while maintaining a culture of accountabilityResolve personnel issues and promote continuous improvementWhat We’re Looking For:✠Degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field – or 5+ years of leadership experience in warehouse or operations
✠Strong knowledge of operations management and organizational effectiveness
✠Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and WMS systems
✠Familiarity with business, financial principles, and food safety practices (preferred)
✠Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
✠Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
✠Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Expected salary

$80000 – 110000 per year
