Our Coventry site, though smaller, is poised for growth, and we’re looking for a dynamic Operations Assistant to drive its success.Your Role: You’ll oversee the safe and efficient movement of vehicles on-site, manage the gate-in process, and ensure all activities are conducted smoothly.Your responsibilities will include:

• Promoting health and safety at work.
• Driving vehicles professionally and respectfully.
• Interacting calmly and courteously with customers and team members.
• Locating, moving, delivering, and collecting vehicles as needed.
• Understanding and complying with the “gating in” and “Pre-Inspection” processes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Basic knowledge of HSE legislation.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency with handheld and tablet technology.
• A full, clean driving license.
