You will build trusted client relationships and provide high quality support to new customers, and encourage new users to increase their overall usage and derive maximum value from their investment.Responsibilities

• Delivering high quality onboarding plans to drive usage and adoption of LN products.
• Working with key contacts at new accounts to roll out onboarding programme to ensure their users get the best from their investment.
• Managing and coordinating new customer onboarding activities, acting as the primary contact for all customer onboarding queries.
• Prioritising your time and diary effectively to ensure you meet set weekly and monthly KPI’s.
• Working cross functionally with account managers and customer success teams to provide a great customer journey.
• Delivering superior client services by going above and beyond to ensure positive customer experiences.

Requirements

• Demonstrate experience of working in a commercially focused or customer facing environment
• Possess great organisational and time management skills and an aptitude for making data-driven decisions
• Have solid verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrate a desire to drive successful outcomes for customers and a natural ability to demonstrate product value
• Be able to build excellent relationships with customers and stakeholders across all levels
