Job DescriptionJob ID#:4712Job Category:Customer ServiceOur well-established client is currently seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to join their growing team. Full-time opportunity in the Queensbury area!!Responsibilities of the Onboarding Coordinator will include:

• Welcome new hires and visitors to the Human Resources/Employee Health departments promptly and courteously, addressing their specific needs, whether physical, emotional, spiritual, or age-related.
• Maintain communication with newly hired employees via email, phone, or face-to-face interactions to ensure timely completion of pre-employment requirements such as I-9 verification, employee health clearance, and background checks.
• Ensure a superior candidate’s experience by offering regular updates and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
• Aid in the onboarding process for new hires, from offer acceptance to orientation.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Specialists to create, revise, format, and publish job advertisements on applicant tracking systems and job boards.

Job RequirementsQualifications of the Onboarding Coordinator:

• Degree in HR, Training or Related field.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organized and self-motivated individual

• Detail oriented and deadline driven
