Our client, a property advisory business with a growing presence, is looking for an experienced office manager to help them with their processes and day to day administration. A small, friendly and warm organisation that is looking for their “go to” person.Part time – Office ManagerLeeds, hybrid21 hours per week – flexible working arrangements£40 to £42K FTE per annumAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to support us. This a process driven role that requires great attention to detail and organisational skills. The role is integral in assisting the fee earners to generate income. In addition, we would foresee this role having client contact so the ability to be professional, friendly and build relationships is crucial. The successful candidate will have a “hands on” attitude and take pride in the presentation of their work. The role requires advanced Microsoft Office skills, and previous use of databases, as well as being able to demonstrate the successful running of office processes and ensuring all data/records are up to date and accurate.Responsibilities
