Occupational Safety and Health GeneralistPosition type: Full Time, Contract
Duration: 12 months to possible extension
Locations: Tewksbury, MA 01876 & Andover, MA,01810
SHIFT: 8 AM to 4:30 PM (Mon- Fri)As an Occupational Safety and Health Generalist you will have :

• Broad environmental, health and safety (EH&S) experience with a focus on hazard identification and mitigation, ergonomics, industrial hygiene, and hazardous waste management.
• Responsible for developing, managing, and implementing assigned EH&S programs and initiatives in a fast-paced engineering and manufacturing environment.
• Manage and continuously improve assigned EH&S programs such as, but not limited to, JHAs, PPE assessments, RIDII (Safety Concern Near Miss tool), ergonomics, contractor safety, training, fall protection, machine guarding, powered industrial trucks, hazard communications, IH sampling, respirator fit testing, noise surveys, ventilation surveys and radiation surveys
• Perform a variety of EH&S related inspections

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in general safety and industrial hygiene programs.
• 1- 2 years in application of the principals of safety and industrial hygiene.
• Knowledge and the application of OSHA regulations and ANSI Standards.
• Diagnose general and complex EHS issues related to operations

Pay Range: $29.00 to $32.00/per hour
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Benefits:
