Schedule: Monday – Sunday, Flexible Shifts AvailableJob Overview:We are seeking compassionate and skilled caregivers to provide exceptional in-home support to clients in the Kalamazoo area. If you have hands-on experience and a genuine passion for helping others, we would love to have you join our team!Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily personal care, including bathing, dressing, and hygiene.
- Support mobility and safe transfers, including the use of assistive devices.
- Provide medication reminders and monitor overall well-being.
- Prepare and serve healthy meals tailored to dietary needs.
- Engage clients in meaningful companionship and social activities.
- Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe living space.
- Communicate effectively with the care team regarding client needs and updates.
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of professional caregiving experience required.
- CNA certification is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Physical ability to assist clients with mobility and transfers.
