Iris Telehealth is actively hiring Nocturnist Consult-Liaison Psychiatrists to support emergency department and inpatient teams with high-quality psychiatric evaluations and consultations—all from the comfort of your home.

About the Role:

• Setting: 100% Remote Consults for IP/ER/ED
• Compensation: 1099 – $185/hr + sign-on bonus eligibility (productivity-based to maximize earnings)
• Patient Population: All ages (5+ in ER settings preferred)
• Schedule: 15 shifts per month—overnight shifts; weekends required but now only 1-2 weekend day a month
• NP Supervision: Collaborate with highly trained Iris PMHNP

Qualifications:

• Active medical license, IMLC Letter of Qualification preferred.
• Completion of a 4-year ACGME Residency Program in Psychiatry
• At least 2 years of post-residency consult-liaison experience.
• Experience and willingness to treat patients ages 5+
• Comfortable working with multiple health systems and varying acuity levels
• Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
