You possess a unique blend of technical and sales expertise, and will be instrumental in driving our industrial automation business forward. You will work closely with internal teams to drive strategy, reporting, and promote our innovative automation solutions to executive teams and C-level customers.What will you do?

• Lead and manage a team of automation experts to deliver innovative solutions in process automation, OEM, and discrete manufacturing.
• Leverage our automation expert platform to transform the way we bring automation technology to our clients.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow our industrial automation business.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions.
• Drive sales and business development efforts to expand our market presence.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial automation.
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong technical background in automation technologies ( including PLC, PAC, DCS systems, controls, and drives).
• Proficient understanding of software/IT systems such as HMI, SCADA, MES, IIoT solutions, and connected devices.
• Experience in solution selling, outcome-based selling, and customer-centric selling methodologies.
• Ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
